The REAL News Philosophy

How we can be

We can be healthy and joyful.

Humans are best adapted to a peaceful but active existence, subsisting on unprocessed foods, fresh air, pure water, and unfiltered sunlight.

How we are

Many humans suffer from degenerative diseases which reduce their lifespan or reduce the quality of their life. Many of the illnesses and diseases of humankind are at least partly attributable to the unnatural conditions to which we subject our bodies:

  • We spend a lot of time inside buildings with toxic gases in the air from photocopiers, furnishings, paint and building materials.

  • We are exposed to radiation from power lines, computer screens, cellular telephones, radio and television broadcasts, and microwave communications links.

  • Our water supply may contain unnatural additives such as chlorine and fluoride.

  • We do not get sufficient exercise because we use motorised transport and labour-saving devices.

  • We use drugs like alcohol and tobacco, and artificial stimulants like tea and coffee.

  • Our food is denatured:

    • Cooking, freezing, and mechanical processing of food can cause significant destruction, loss or denaturing of its vital proteins, minerals, vitamins, enzymes and fibre.

    • There are pesticide residues in much of our food.

    • Many of the plants we eat have been artificially bred or genetically altered.

Modern medicine attempts to perform miracles to fix our bodies after all this abuse. However, our bodies are incredibly complex systems, and medicine often only treats symptoms rather than basic causes. Because the basic causes of our problems remain, the problems tend to recur when medical treatment ceases. For true, lasting correction of our health problems, we need to adopt a more holistic approach that addresses their basic causes...

How we can get from where we are to how we can be

The body has in-built mechanisms for self-restoration. These mechanisms are able to heal us rapidly and keep us healthy when we start living correctly. Arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and many other diseases, have all been shown to be reversible when the right conditions prevail.

REAL News is a newsletter for those who wish to discover what the right conditions for perfect health are, and how to achieve them.
